The newly formed Direct Works Group structure will incorporate dynamic divisions, each tailored to empower specific roles within the sector. The first of these, Direct Asset, will debut on 2nd October at the highly anticipated Direct Works Seminar and Networking Event in Birmingham. Focused on the needs of asset managers and maintenance experts, Direct Asset is just the beginning.
Over the coming months, the Group will continue to evolve, rolling out additional divisions to create a family of services, including Direct Recruitment, Direct Mentors, Direct Consultancy, Direct Procurement, and Direct Compliance. Together, these entities will offer a comprehensive, all-encompassing suite of services designed to enhance support for our members and affiliate partners, ultimately enabling Direct Works Group to deliver a more cohesive and impactful offering across the social housing spectrum.
